Our manufacturing processes

Special alloys on a cobalt, nickel and iron base – from fine powder to cast semi-finished products. We manufacture in small to medium-sized batches to your specification, at our site in Willich Münchheide near Düsseldorf.

Welding rods & continuous casting

Welding rods, welding wires and bar stock in special alloys on a cobalt and nickel base, manufactured to your specification.

Chill casting

Cast semi-finished products in chill casting – from prototype to medium-sized batches, in your alloy and dimension.

Powder atomisation

Metal powder from our own nitrogen atomisation. Our speciality is fine powder.
